Performance modifications do not produce advertised gains unless your vehicles computer has been properly tuned to match the new airflow characteristics of the engine. For example, aftermarket headers actually over-lean a vehicles air / fuel ratio and actually can reduce performance until your vehicles computer has been calibrated properly.
Dyno tuning is where your Corvette is put under load and tuned according to the engines needs in various situations. Dyno tuning allows you to correct computer tables for timing, air and fuel while testing engine modifications for the best possible combination for your particular engine.
"Street tuning" or live tuning on the street, works by a combination of seat of the pants feeling as well as dialing in computer tables. While not as accurate as dyno tuning, it does allow a great deal of computer correction on factory equipped computers and mildly modified Corvettes.
EFI Tuning can modify a whole host of factors your Corvette's computer is controlling. Transmission firmness, line pressure, shift points, CAGS removal, speed limiter elimination, etc. are all services we offer to further increase your vehicle's performance.
